- nnq 10y ago...configure everything to use vim shortcuts ;) (install a vim-mode plugin for your IDE if you have to)
- StevePerkins 10y agoI really love Vim (or at least the Vi emulation plugin of whichever IDE or editor I'm using). But you're peddling the pretense of using Vim because you DON'T want to memorize keyboard shortcuts?!? Just stop.
- 67726e 10y agoDunno why this is being downvoted. If your issue with IDEs are keyboard short-cuts, I guarantee you'll find a vim plugin, and if your contention is shortcuts in general then I'd really love to buy you a beer and hear your thoughts on other programming matters.
- softawre 10y agoLearn as you go (just like you had to do with vim). And if on OSX, this can help: http://osxdaily.com/2012/05/23/see-all-keyboard-shortcuts-apps-mac-cheatsheet/ http://osxdaily.com/2012/05/23/see-all-keyboard-shortcuts-ap...
- anamoulous 10y agoJetbrains products have a fairly consistent shortcut experience across all of them.
