I (like many in San Francisco) have crossed that crosswalk many, many times -- often with my kids (it leads to the Yerba Buena Gardens complex) and it's sickening to see this. I agree with the earlier commenters: if they want to maintain that this is human error, Uber should release all data that they have on this.
