- basetensucks 10y agoI paged through - the rent price estimates in Seattle strike me as low. Obviously I don't have strong statistics to back this up but when I looked for one bedroom apartments a year and a half ago everything was at least $1700 and many were not in the city center. Prices have increased considerably since then.
