... except the interactive UI has an option to reschedule a pending update installation/reboot for up to a week at a time. MSFT licensing has always been an unnavigable mess of SKUs, but the Professional SKU presumably hasn't been cut short this much that one can't set a local update server - it however is kind of problematic that even Microsoft's own documentation isn't a reliable source at most times...
