I get the impression that anything that aims to be an accessible platform for building business collaboration apps is doomed to get a bad reputation (whether it's earned or not) because any crappy app built on it is going to put a sour taste for the platform in the mouth of anyone that uses it. A chain is only as strong as its weakest link.
