Yes. For a while, I've actually tried uploading stuff to small TrueCrypt containers. Everything above 50 MB per container is absolutely unusable for cloud storage. Now I'm simply on ownCloud (well, Nextcloud to be precise) with the encryption enabled on the backend when the data is at rest.
