Not the OP, but I hate the 2-page swipe-up screen. I can't get used to it. Having so much real estate dedicated to crap like AirPlay, AirDrop and NightShift makes zero sense to me.
I'm not in love with "click to unlock" either, although the 7 makes it bearable with raise-to-wake (it's just stupid on my 6, though).
- plainOldText 10y agoThere's an option for the home button under "Accessibility" called "Rest finger to open". Turn that on, and you'll be able to unlock your phone with no clicks. It probably doesn't work for non Touch ID phones.
- larrik 10y agoThat sounds like the opposite of what I want. I find myself unlocking accidentally now (though less often than when I first upgraded).
