I thought about remapping at the beginning. But with vim you almost need to remap the whole keyboard to get hjkl in the usual place ... so I didn't. The hjkl on dvorak is at jcvp on qwerty, they are not too uncomfortable. but now I realize it might be a benefit: I don't use hjkl as much as before, but mostly rely on other ways to jump, so this disadvantage actually makes using vim a bit more efficient.
