Single tool for all subscriptions: RSS, newsletters, Medium, Facebook etc.

Hello folks! I am a long-time RSS user, and it seemed to be OK until recently. But in the last year I found myself subscribing to some newsletters, Medium people or even Facebook pages (mostly the companies I would like to keep an eye on). Now the information from these sources is all over the place, and it is annoying me. So I thought it might be useful to have a single tool for all information feeds, not only RSS. I even started working on it: konsona.com. But I am not sure: do others really need it? Please tell your opinion in the comments — would you use such a tool? Why yes? Why not? Or maybe you already anything similar?
