- taeric 10y agoThat is a shame. I was hoping this was going to be a good explanation of why I should/shouldn't care about my vitamin d. I don't see the doctor often, but last time that was the main takeaway. "Keep exercising, and you most likely need vitamin d; Take supplements." I would appreciate evidence. :(
