This makes no sense at all. How can you talk about c vs assembly performance without considering the compiler?
- user5994461 10y agoI guess this is the source of all the misunderstanding. What makes you think that the compiler is relevant to performances? In extreme case of optimization, it's the programmer who does the optimizations with carefully hand written efficient code, not the compiler.
