This is not Amazon's fault. This instead is the choice of the worker. He is choosing to work for Amazon and is choosing to sleep in a tent because he does not want to make the long commute back to his house. All his choices, not Amazon's. Edit: to clarify, I am not advocating that Amazon is a stellar employer. My opinion of how they treat their workers and handle the interviewing process is actually very poor. I however do not see the decisions this particular worker is making is Amazon's fault.
