This seems like a pretty sensationalist way to put this. Looks like the stock price of a ~$80B company dropped a bit over 1% for around 5 minutes, then immediately went back to the pre-tweet level. Interesting for people looking to exploit transitive stock phenomena, I suppose, but for everyone else, who cares?
