You know, this lingo about "Extraordinary", "Remarkable", "Astonishing", "Phenomenal", etc developers is incredibly off-putting.
I mean really, now - who would want to work with someone who described (or even overtly thought of) themselves that way?
- moises_silva 10y agoFWIW, not an issue at all to me. I'd not mind working with someone who applied to positions described like that because I believe they'll be smart and mature enough to apply there without taking the titles so seriously and instead focus on the contents and requirements to do the job.
