  No it does not. But, with some hand wringing you could probably write a Gtk+ GtkLayout-based widget that used this engine to do layout rather than box packing or ebassi's constraint stuff that's going into Gtk+ 3.89.x/4.x. ...I'm not sure that you'd actually want to, but that's a different issue.
