You're coming at this from the perspective of a buyer. From a seller's perspective, Paypal can be incredibly infuriating and lock funds from you with little to no immediate recourse or options.
- icantdrive55 10y agoI'm suprised someone hasen't sued them. Yes--I'm sure holding your money hostage, without any interest, is buried in the TOS, but I couldn't find it. They once held my money 22 days. (And I haven't used PayPal as a seller since that incident. PayPal could destroy all competition, if they just had talent, with an iron fist, higher up. Oh yea, if you ever run into a Customer Service Rep who just doesn't want to do their job, hang up, and redial. Their customer service is hit, or miss.)
