- ctrl-j 10y agoThat was my first thought as well. Analyzing 3 houses in 3 markets... It's an interesting look, but I wouldn't consider any takeaway message to be necessarily accurate. Algorithms have outliers, and quantitative analysis requires adequate sample size.
