There's absolutely nothing in the text about pronouns, and absolutely nothing about the presumption of innocence. All it does is simply add gender identity to the usual list of things (race, religion, age, sex, etc) covered in hate crime and anti-discrimination laws. Am I missing something here? Is the alt-right staging some Pizzagate-style hysteria-fest again?
