Not checking that checkbox and admitting you're not willing to hire disabled people would likely expose you to a ton of lawsuits.
- extra88 10y agoNo, leaving the checkbox unchecked does not mean you're opposed to hiring people with disabilities. The job posting is still equally available to people with and without disabilities.
