All arguments _for_ Prop 13 are about people who live in their homes whose value appreciate abruptly. Prop 13 needs to be revised to narrowly target this group and only this group.
- dstainer 10y agoHow would you explain 2006-2008? There weren't many places that were exempt from appreciating abruptly during that time. Housing prices across all of California were insane.
