Why wouldn't someone choose that market then? With little competition it'll be about quantity over margin.
- koolba 10y agoThere are some developers that do. They're mainly outside cities, building out townhouse style multi home communities. From what I've seen the build quality for all of them is universally terrible. They can't splurge like a high end condo but they have to make it look "not poor", so they end up with the worst combo. Cheap and low quality.
