I thought it would be a holy grail for development, but if you write in you linux filesystem from a Windows app, you will mess everything. Maybe even have to reinstall. Use Vagrant to create your Linux environment. If you match Ansible with it, you will have a marvelous reproductible dev environ that you can use everywhere. Put your Vagrant and Ansible scripts in a Bitbucket repository. Configure a folder to be shared files between your machines.
