There is however a huge effect from the perspective of who is effective at making changes in school system happen.
- notdonspaulding 10y agoIt's entirely possible to pay your property tax (and thus fund public schooling), home-school your children, and be elected to your school board or be otherwise involved in your local education system. None of those are mutually exclusive activities.
