I live down here (a block up from Wall St) and the only place on Wall that I've had any issues with has been the barricades put up after 9/11 in front of 1 Wall

I live down here (a block up from Wall St) and the only place on Wall that I've had any issues with has been the barricades put up after 9/11 in front of 1 Wall that narrow the foot traffic down to a single (often covered in scaffoding) sidewalk. Otherwise, Wall is pretty navigable. Come to think of it, the only other place where it's unpleasant to walk is over on Church by WTC where there's only a single sidewalk. Hopefully all of that opens up soon.
