Same here. I got a Fitbit Charge HR for father's day this year. It was broken 3 months later. I just haven't had time to deal with contacting them to get a replacement, so, like that, it was over.
- soared 10y agoMine was broken for months and I finally just sent them a quick email. Try troubleshooting for 10 mins through email with tech support, then they will send you a new one. They just need your name and email you registered the account with. You don't even need to return the old one.
