Is AWS LightSail Just Another Name for AWS T2 Instance Family?

From AWS LightSail faqs, Lightsail uses burstable performance instances that provide a baseline level of CPU performance with the additional ability to burst above the baseline. This is exactly same description which Amazon AWS uses for T2 family of instances.
