An old professor of mine taught himself general relativity while in highschool, and had a publication by age 17. Those people are out there.
- lookuptable2 10y agoNot to discredit their talents, but those people tend to come from upper-middle/upper class families. They are in very privileged positions of society that other gifted children from lesser socioeconomic backgrounds are not able to experience.
