Utilize the press and the media, spread hyperbole and make the employer look like shit, make a class action lawsuit. Don't jump off buildings... This is more emblematic of an achievement oriented culture and a nation that judges itself by money than the fault of "Amazon" IMO. No one forces anyone to work there and anyone could probably get a job as a freelance coder or burger flipper. not worth building your identity around.
