Ask HN: What decisions do you analyze a lot with spreadsheets before making?

For me: buying a used car, buying a new laptop, etc. For these, I usually create a fairly complex spreadsheet containing various parameters in columns and the options in rows. This allows me to do a good analysis to reach a data-driven overall best decision
