I have generally not had this issue. Most of my battery drain issues seem to be related to the awfully bloated Facebook app and then Photos in the background doing its thing. The battery life issue happened for maybe 2 days after 10.x was released.
But the girlfriend's iPhone 6s has dropped from 20% to 5% pretty fast, though. Only difference is that hers is on Verizon and I'm on AT&T. Hers was also identified by the Genius Bar as being eligible for a battery replacement.
