I feel like this is a submarine for gastric bypass surgery. I've noticed that in the UK there seems to be a lot more push for these through documentaries (US has them too). I was able to lose a lot of weight on a whole foods plant based diet. Its a permanent change. With the SAD diet being the dominant form of nutrition - very few people can maintain a healthy weight (25%).
