Hazelcast has a distributed lock (see http://docs.hazelcast.org/docs/3.7/manual/html-single/index.html#lock http://docs.hazelcast.org/docs/3.7/manual/html-single/index....) and I've used for more than a year to synchronize jobs across a cluster.
