I'm at the same crossroads right now; 2 Guys, 6 months in I've started playing with SugarCRM (It's good, but not great, and in my mind, i do fine with a couple of post-its and an shared address book) FogBugz is doing wonders for development, Time Tracking, ticketing, CVS/SVN integration. I know in the last couple of days I've become somewhat of a fanboy, but I'm serious, it's great stuff.
