Of course it is easy to be wise after the fact, but surely this is the sort of thing that should have been exhaustively tested (What happens if one sensor malfunctions and sends incorrect data)? Massive cudo's for being public about the issue. It is not easy to talk about mistakes, especially those that appear to be silly in hindsight. EDIT Interesting to see that I am getting downvoted multiple times on this. I don't really care about a few downvotes but would be interested to find out why.
