Why wasn't it there before and what was the oppositions point of view on this?
- mc32 10y agoMy guess is most people thought the current small claims process would be the tool people would use. Maybe it worked when it was a small portion of the workforce, but now as more people do freelancing, it makes sense to have a dedicated state for them to seek redress.
