Do you have a source for that? Quick Google search indicates the global poverty rate has been steadily decreasing.
- bandrami 10y agoThe rate kind of steadily decreased post WWII. But the numbers went up from 1950-1990, and then the absolute numbers of global poor dropped precipitously. This really is in many ways the best time to be alive in human history.
