I wonder if it would be more acceptable if instead of an extra cost it was a -$3 discount on a higher-by-default price
- Qwertystop 10y agoProbably - but then either the default price would be the ugly $103 that makes it obvious it works the other way and stops them from saying it's <$100, or the price in general would go down to $97 and they probably pull in less money overall.
