It's as harmless as a joke about male rapes in prison. It normalizes the dehumanization of people and turns sexual exploitation into a punchline. Maybe you wouldn't find it so funny if someone was threatening to spread your (hypothetical) daughter's nude pictures and ruin her life. Downvoting doesn't do much when other people will agree with and upvote the cheap joke, you're just basically telling me to "tsk tsk" under my breath and walk away; that's surely gonna have an effect on the commenter or anyone reading.
