Creating noise on HN, reddit is a sure way of getting their attention, but there has to be a better way to deal with issues when everything is automated. Does Google have a single point of contact for such issues?
- Spooky23 10y agoThey are a rough company do deal with. I think they do a lot of internal chargeback that people give a shit about so even when you find a sympathetic ear, the person on the other side gives no shits.
