- AnthonBerg 10y agoDirectly asking to non-reciprocally mine employees' childhoods for psychological data is a counterexample to said manager having the psychological makeup necessary for becoming a "servant leader" - in other words it's quite callous and has more than a whiff of sociopathy about it.
