It's remarkable that the software comes with a FHIR server. Apparently there are a few features in the core module that are not mapped to FHIR resources. I would love to see CCDA generation and interoperability support in there. Given the main purpose of helping healthcare in developing countries as stated in the wiki, I guess interop comes as a later step in the roadmap.
