You have it backwards. The problem is changing linux files with windows editors.
- Whitestrake 10y agoThe problem is changing Linux files that are currently stored in %localappdata\lxss\ using a Windows tool. Changing Linux files that are stored in C: and are accessed in Windows from C: and in Linux from /mnt/c/ is fine.
