So unless I am misunderstanding the article, the prices on the Georgia Dock are based on the prices reported by the chicken companies. The prices on the Georgia Dock are then used by the grocery stores to negotiate their prices with the chicken companies. Would not those negotiated prices then affect the prices that get reported to the Georgia Dock? Am I missing something that prevents this from becoming a circular dependency?
