"Torrentz.eu Domain Suspended After UK Police Request " etc Probably best to pick a TLD and registrar outside your immediate jurisdiction as well as that of the USA and EU, which rather narrows the choices. .ch or .me seem reasonable. Little wonder 'normal' people don't bother with all this stuff.
