- captn3m0 10y agoThe preload pre-conditions are what stops us from considering it: - Must be on the root domain. - Must redirect HTTP to HTTPS. We refuse to serve content over HTTP, and thus don't redirect broken clients. Doesn't make sense to penalize people for not being on the list.
