Is there any practicality to claiming the hack originated from a "nation-state"? Any time news worthy hacks are ambiguously attributed to massive geographical regions (i.e. CN, RU) which can easily be proxied through from anywhere in the world, how is it any different from saying "we're certain the hack originated from somewhere on this planet, trust us."?
