Amazon to remove stack ranking
- cableshaft 10y agoAbout time. I can't believe any tech company, which requires collaboration and cooperation amongst employees in order to make software, could implement a system that encourages employees to sabotage each other's work so they can be higher ranked.
- ultramotome 10y agoIn your opinion, why Amazon is terrible company to work for? Why so people then try to get into Amazon (except H1B who are always ready)?
