- warcode 10y agoI recommend Threema as well. Been using it for a couple of years. Accounts not tied to phone number, available on IOS, Android and Windows Phone, perfectly working group chats.
- nickik 10y agoThe major reason why we (IT group in Switzerland) are not using it as much, is because they are still not providing a Desktop Client.
- urza 10y agoYes, desktop client that would sync with mobile would be great. But I dont think their current architecture allows it, it is one device = one account.
- Siimteller 10y agoHave you looked into Wire as an alternative? Also HQd in Switzerland, E2EE with multi-device and desktop support + open source. Happy to walk you through it (I'm siim@wire.com).
