I would take the article a lot more seriously if it wasn't based entirely on a study by the Cato Institute.
- steveklabnik 17y agoI voted you back up from 0. It's true, even though it's not incorrect BECAUSE it's from Cato, it deserves extra scrutiny since the study comes from someone with an agenda.
