Interesting idea, though explaining the complications of licensing may cause problems when it comes to marketing. I've had a related idea for a while, setting up SaaS for FOSS maintainers to charge for a SLA (license/source is still open, corps essentially have some security that the project won't be abandoned). Is there anything out there like that?
